Alif Quran Academy’s Quran Academy Policies explain monthly tuition, attendance, Eid holidays, missed classes, rescheduling, teacher absences, refunds and payment guidelines for students in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada and worldwide.
Alif Quran Academy operates on a monthly tuition basis rather than a pay-per-class system. Monthly tuition reserves your child’s dedicated teacher, fixed class schedule and regular online Quran learning slot.
Fees are not calculated according to individual lessons attended. Monthly tuition covers teacher availability, lesson preparation, scheduling, student support and academy administration.
These Quran Academy Policies help us provide a fair, professional and consistent learning experience for both parents and teachers.
Alif Quran Academy observes Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adha as official academy holidays because our teachers are based in Muslim countries.
These Eid holidays are included within our academy schedule. They are not refundable and cannot be deducted from monthly tuition fees.
Students are expected to attend their online Quran classes regularly and on time. If a student misses a class, fees are not refunded or deducted.
A reschedule may be offered where possible if parents provide advance notice.
If a teacher is absent due to illness, emergency, internet issue or technical problem, the academy will arrange a replacement lesson or reschedule the missed class.
Students will not permanently lose lessons due to teacher absence.
Rescheduling is offered as a courtesy and is subject to teacher availability. Rescheduled lessons should be completed within the same month where possible.
Rescheduled lessons cannot be exchanged for refunds, discounts or future fee deductions unless approved by the academy.
Monthly tuition fees are due on the agreed payment date each month. Parents should not reduce future payments for missed classes, Eid holidays or student absences.
Any adjustment must be approved by Alif Quran Academy administration.
Every enrolled student receives a dedicated teacher and a reserved class slot. Even if the student is absent, the teacher remains committed to that reserved time.
For this reason, monthly tuition covers teacher availability and not only the number of attended lessons.
Monthly tuition remains fixed during official academy holidays, including Eid. Parents cannot carry forward deductions, reduce the next month’s invoice or request refunds for official holiday dates.
This policy allows Alif Quran Academy to protect reserved teacher time slots, maintain consistent scheduling and respect the rights of our teachers.
Clear Quran Academy Policies help parents understand exactly how Alif Quran Academy manages lessons, monthly tuition, official holidays, student absences and teacher absences. This prevents confusion and keeps our online Quran classes fair for every family.
Many families join from countries such as the United Kingdom, United States, Australia and Canada. However, our teachers are based in Muslim countries and observe Islamic holidays such as Eid. For this reason, official Eid holidays are part of our academy schedule.
Our monthly tuition model is designed to reserve a professional teacher and consistent time slot for each student. This helps children build routine, discipline and steady progress in Quran recitation, Tajweed, Qaida, Hifz and Islamic Studies.
Parents should ensure students join lessons on time, have a stable internet connection and attend classes from a quiet learning environment. Regular attendance helps students make better progress and allows teachers to plan lessons properly.
If a student is late, the teacher may still need to finish the class at the scheduled time because other students may have lessons immediately after. Missed time caused by late arrival is not refundable.
If parents need to request a reschedule, they should contact the academy as early as possible. Rescheduling cannot always be guaranteed because teachers already have fixed timetables.
By enrolling with Alif Quran Academy, parents agree to follow our Quran Academy Policies regarding monthly tuition, student attendance, official Eid holidays, rescheduling, teacher absences, refunds and payments.
Our aim is to provide a transparent, fair and professional online Quran learning experience while respecting both our students and teachers.
These policies apply to all students studying with Alif Quran Academy in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada and worldwide.
