1. Introduction
At Alif Quran Academy, we strive to provide the best Quranic education and ensure a positive learning experience for all students. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
2. General Refund Conditions
- Non-Refundable Fees: All registration fees and administrative charges are non-refundable.
- Course Fees: Refunds on course fees will only be considered under specific circumstances outlined below.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Before Course Commencement:
- Full Refund: If a student requests to withdraw from a course at least 7 days before the scheduled start date, a full refund of the course fee will be provided, excluding any non-refundable fees.
- Partial Refund: If a student withdraws less than 7 days before the start date, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
- After Course Commencement:
- No Refund: Once the course has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to, dissatisfaction with the course content, change of personal circumstances, or technical issues on the student’s end.
4. Special Circumstances
- Medical Emergencies: In the event of a documented medical emergency that prevents the student from continuing the course, a partial refund may be considered. The amount refunded will be at the discretion of Alif Quran Academy and will depend on the number of classes attended.
- Instructor Availability: If Alif Quran Academy is unable to provide the scheduled classes due to instructor unavailability, students will be offered the option to reschedule, transfer to another course, or receive a prorated refund for the unattended classes.
5. Refund Process
- Request for Refund: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@alifquran.co.uk or Contact us through WhatsApp. The request must include the student’s full name, course details, and reason for the refund request.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used by the student.
- Communication: Students will be notified via email once their refund request has been processed.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Failure to Attend Classes: Refunds will not be provided for missed classes due to the student’s failure to attend, whether or not notice is given.
- Technical Issues: Alif Quran Academy is not responsible for technical difficulties on the student’s side, such as poor internet connection or device malfunctions. Therefore, no refunds will be issued in such cases.
7. Amendments to the Policy
Alif Quran Academy reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students, and the updated policy will be made available on our website.
